It was actually ASIC. They want a copy of what you have found which I am sending to them but they also said to inform the company of the breach.
I contacted ASIC on 16th July and they are still working on my complaint. It doesn't worry me if they take their time as long as they are thorough and I suppose there is a great deal to read through
