They don't want or need you to participate. The CR has been planned so that we will not fully participate due to above and the cost of doing so. I predict that they will raise 1 plus billion shares about $4 - 5 million which has been planned. With a 5 for 2 Rodgers can buy 100 million and Gandel 500 million giving them control and of course they will thank themselves for being so generous and pass a resolution to allow them to own such a large percentage. This CR has been designed to raise about $4-5 million and to give the major shareholders control of the company
