    Strategically, I would suggest direct communication with Rogers advising of your plans.... that alone might (and i stress might) stop him and his backers from pursuing this insidious CR agenda....

    ps only hold a large swag of options, but happy to help however I can....noting the CR - on the terms suggestd - will destroy the options too.
