Sheer negligence possibly deliberate caused CTL to not pay a CN that they knew about for 3 years but now to hear that as well as that negligence all along they have been wasting
shareholders money mining a MULLOCK dump not ONCE but TWICE is unbelievable . This is not negligence as how can you explain doing it twice
