If the company fails they will also lose everything and in light of what has occurred there is no way that in liquidation they would be able to walk away with the spoils. With them gone I am sure that we could organize finance and you are right we could always sue them in the courts and there is so much going against them that we would be successful.
When you say that they were not able to raise finance....how do we know that that is true. I certainly do not believe anything that they have said. Rodgers wanted to do this CR to purchase a large number of shares at a hugely discounted price and own a larger percentage of the company. The other director, Anthony Gray has organised for Ian Gandel to have a loan over the company. Both directors have organised events to line their own pockets....it is disgraceful!! I do not believe that they have been honest with us and look at the constitution...why did Jamie Cullen resign....my theory is that he did not want to be associated with what was about to happen as he was an independent director and therefore liable.
Groundswell is one of them and is trying to frighten you into allowing them to take over the company.
I did the numbers and we are better off in liquidation than at .4 cents per share... Work it out
.
Even if we had to borrow at a huge percentage it would be better than doing this CR.. Also remember the company is in production and has a processing plant and would be worth a lot more than .4 cents per share even if broken up and sold piecemeal
Don't let them threaten you.
