They are fully aware of what is happening and their breaches etc. This was all planned by them..................... no independent director could have tolerated this capital raising. Why do you think Jamie Cullen left?
With no independent directors if they put this capital raising into effect they could be liable for all sorts of breaches.
Why do you think that we haven't heard from the company?
