    I have looked at the ASIC site in regard to company misbehavior
    They recommend take company to court , by taking the directors to court is the only way we get the company changes we want, asic is powerless
    The other alternative
    We need either 5% of shares or 100 share holders to call for a general meeting
    Which then CTL has 21days to inform all shareholders of general meeting
    My thoughts: take the director s to court
