Sorry.......old age...................I meant to say ....Why don't we have 3 directors at the moment? Also when the constitution demands a lead independent director and you only have one independent director then he is required by the constitution to be a lead director of himself..... therefore the obvious conclusion is that he should be Chairman otherwise it is a mockery of our constitution and our Corporate Governance.
Quite unbelievable and something must be done urgently
