They've discounted false targets too. That fact alone makes it a compelling punt. If Haller gets well in the money with his options, imo they'll be exercised.
From what I've heard he and Silja are quite substantial.
You never let oppies in the money lapse..
Haller's restructuring last week could be in preparation for what may lie ahead with his oppies.
