It is like those suckers who fixed their interest rates at the top of the market. The action of hedging interest rates is at least $470 million in the red at present.
I will have a closer look at the traffic report. Enzyme made some interesting comments on another forum. It strikes me as odd that a tollway under 7km could raise as much revenue as the city link tollway in Melbourne, which is about three times the length. Melbourne (and Sydney for that matter) has over twice Brisbane's population.
Do you believe that Brisconnections will meet its revenue targets? I dont.
