Yort, agree with the first part of your explanation... I have previously explained that in previous posts on many occasions and how it went from Oz stocks long only, to the two headed beast in its current form.
People don’t keep “going on “ about Geoff coming to the rescue; That is both a hope and an option. Showing support for Justin when the fund has gone nowhere for 3 years does not make sense. Geoff is not that sort of person, he is fair, intelligent, but also thrifty and cunning. If JB was all that good, wouldnt Geoff have him on the team at WAM ?
I ask again, why throw hundreds of thousands into a fund merely to show support to an ex colleague when he has proven over several years that effectively he doesn’t know what he’s doing ?
Three years !!!! No amount of fantastic performance in the near future is going to make up for that !
