After the offers to STO and AWE (and the loss of AWE to another bidder) could COE be a possible t/o target for the Chinese?
I note that FIL Investment HK took at stake of the company in on the 6th of December 2017. 11th December announcement https://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapId=27276460
The chart looks like pressing the top of the Bollinger Bar again suggesting a new uptrend maybe?
Is this another possible Chinese t/o target? After AWE and STO bids
