It would be great if the company just traded out of this but that is just wishful thinking as we have thought that in the past when they have gone quiet and quite the opposite has occurred.

If a bigger slice of the pie theory is correct then we do have the option of a class action as directors also have a common law duty to their shareholders, particularly with a 5 for 2 non renounceable put up by an unconstitutional board. After the banking Royal Commission, the judiciary are more likely to be on side as well. It is a shame that ASIC have done nothing but maybe they are just waiting to see what the company enacts.
