Relative to current SP, any low $ dividend is likely to translate into a high yield.
Agree around liquidity. It would depend on the individuals strategy. For me personally I invested knowing that it is currently not that liquid. The lack of liquidity and the low SP gives me some surety around the SP. Any positive movement in this company will create some liquidity, its a question of how much.
