Bottom of a 4 year plus cycle. on the cusp of solid growth Getting tipped left right and centre and they sell out for a 15% premium.
No way can this be deemed fair to shareholders!
They are a media company perhaps this is just marketing to bring in other players, or to soften us up for aa 40% premium.
I wonder what the brokers are saying?
