This is one of the few purchases I made based on discount to Net Tangible Assets, the other being an Onion Farm (in Australia!) and a Gingerbread Factory (with a tiny train to attract tourist...)
God, I should have taken less stupid hobby like drinking myself to death or spending all my money in casino :)
