I believe Tovasia is trying to make a mockery out of Axiom to hide the fact that he has not followed correct  procedure, there are so many discrepancies that have happened since parliament dissolved in December.   I suggest you have a look with an open mind on all that has taken place during this short time when a Minister is supposed to be in caretaker mode, it just doesn't add up as to why LOI's and prospecting licenses are being rushed through, before the next election when normally these take months even years to happen.
