My interpretation of the newspapers reference to a ‘Joint Venture’ is the 80/20 shareholding between Axiom (the international Mining Company) and the Landowners. The only other international company with an involvement in mining operations as far as I am aware is Anitua which was mandated to undertake the contract mining activities.
