forgive my ignorance however in the article it states the below..   my questions are who is the international mining company that is joint venturing with Axiom or am I reading it wrong ?

if u am reading it right, has it previously been announced and if not why had it not been announced through the ASX.

But now, in a groundbreaking joint venture partnership with an international mining company, Axiom and the landowners of San Jorge, these nickel rich deposits will finally be harvested.
