    Are you talking about Seaford, southern Adelaide?
    I would hardly call this one of its best assets.
    It's in the middle of nowhere competing against Westfield Colonades.
    Trimming the fat and reducing debt is fine by me.
    I am very happy to have bought in at 22 cents a couple of weeks ago.
