hmmm how bout we forget salivating over potential dividends for a moment and look at some recent facts:
- MCW sold one of its very best assets midyear - Seaford. Never a good sign.
- a smaller Brisbane asset went just recently for a song
- over 150 staff made redundant across Macquarie property this month. This is Macquarie we are talking about, redundancies previously quite rare.
Bad vibes here....are things much worse than the line the public is given?
