    its not hard to get around pharmacy ownership. You just need a pharmacist to "own" the store and register with pharmacy board.
    Most pharmacy groups have complex ownership structures behind the scenes that are Legal but work around semantics.

    The owner is responsible for all debts but API own the Priceline name.
