Ramses.....Just caught up with what has happened on your prompting about EBOS and their ASX listing.

So if I get it right NZ listed and based EBOS (part of the Hong Kong based Zeullig Group) have acquired Symbion (from themselves) and are now listed on the ASX.

EBOS reported 2013 revenue of just over $3B so are right up there with API & Sigma.

Interesting to compare market capitalisation of the three companies. API $275m Sigma $826m, EBOS $1,118m with respect to their revenue base.

Yes the Priceline Pharmacy growth is the jewel in the crown and probably the main hope for those pharmacies that have come on board.

Sigma just paid too much for Arrow and the timing was shocking in the face of the extreme competition they had to face in the generics market. Their failure cost the Australian Manufacturing Industry another victim.

Interesting times now all three are listed on the ASX.
