Well if you look at the ASX announcement on the 9th June 2011
it tells you that they came in on the placement at $1.35 a share, which comes to 5.47% of the voting power of the company.
Then on the 26th July 2011 an ASX Announcement was made that JP Morgan has increase shareholding to 7.83% of the voting power of the company. Share price then was around $1.65 to $1.70 a share.
There has been no announcement since that JP Morgan have jumped ship and abandoned Ausgold.
So they obviously thought Ausgold was on to something at the $1.35 - $1.70 level
So at $0.26 with JORC in December is Ausgold waiting to explode? and once again the market has go it wrong at this share price.
