Just got interested in this stock... potential reward is starting to outweigh risk at current $23 million m/c.
Chart is shocking so I haven't bought anything meaningful, just a few AUCO's, 20c strike March 2013 expiry.
A pure gamble but a good value one.
As far as nearology to Sandfire goes this has to be #1?
Part of AUC's Doolgunna tenement is actually inside Sandfire property, including 5km along the Jenkins Fault which plays host to the mammoth Degrussa deposit. Also only a few dozen km's from the 7 million oz Plutonic gold mine.
If the heads get to 12c before the release of JORC they'll be well worth buying... although I suspect 15c could be the bottom.
