    I thought the sale of GAA Wireline USA had to be approved by the shareholders. Have not received any notices from UXA yet.

    As to:

    'Profitability of GAA Wireline (Australia?) should be OK with ongoing contracts.'

    Do they have any, or is this just more spin?
