Project very very different and management likewise. Even the geographical location is not the same.
Aside from Bill Phillips who is the miner, there is nothing even remotely similar.
However the most important thing is, MML is a producer and KRM is light years away from production.
Since KRM has raised the money, there has not been one announcement on the project which is disappointing.
