Not sure that acquiring a company whose products need commercialisation is a plan for the ETC management crew. They buggered the Galavu role out (which had existing customers) and most other products they touch.

I reckon ETCs value for the next 12 months is purely and simply about the CEO. Let's hope he can drag that board kicking and screaming all the way to pay day.
