Apparantly the company originally recieved this offer over a year ago and with the proposal still incomplete who knows how long it will take to finalize.

10% of a company isn't alot to own when it comes to an aggressive TO as it can get very expensive so they really need bol's support in taking it over, which if they have three new contracts freshly signed is quite unlikely.

I'd say the proposal is genuine but at present the general public is unsure. At the moment we have lot of long termers getting out while they can aswell pushing the price back down. At a price of 40c with a suspected ungaraunteed maximum of 52 and possible months of waiting i guess some figure their money is better off elsewhere. What do you think?
