I'm out, having halved in value, but am watching.
Will be interesting re National..I can't see them making profits.The token profit declared for the whole group would have been made in Brockman I'm picking (If the profit wasn't contrived..in my experience "just in the black" really means "in the red but don't want to disclose that result".)
I don't know the history as well as you, but I don't share your view that Mc Kern did a great job (operationally maybe good)in paying way over the top for acquisitions.To me that is one of the reasons the co has such a drag on it.
I agree that current management show every sign of being "shiny suits" who don't really understand these "roll your sleeves up" businesses, but are cardboard cutouts as leaders.I've never met them, just interpret their words and actions.
