From my understanding of that, I have come to this conclusion:
MY SHARES ARE NOT FOR SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To me it's a definite "read between the lines" exercise or as you pointed out "read between the brackets".
My opinion is, these guys are onto something and it's bigger than Ben Hur.
