Not to mention a law suit,which is bad timing for PSH,as PSH will probably have to settle for an amount that they wouldn't really have at the moment.
I don't know if psh will go under as an end result,I think they will get through all this,but more pain before gain for at least another year IMHO.
Happy to sit on the fence for a while.
