If you would like some hard numbers, go to the Half Year Accounts lodged with ASX on 10 March for the 6 months to 31 Dec 2013.
On pages 2 and 3 you will find these numbers:

Concentrate
Sold 1.59 Mt for $201M = $126/t
Cost to produce was $319M = $200/t

Hematite DSO
Sold 2.54 Mt for $268M = $105/t
Cost to produce was $226M = $89/t


Although these numbers are now out of date, they do show the hard work required to turn this into a profitable venture. Hopefully they have achieved better numbers since then.
