johnmartin, I agree, this news is good news also in my opinion. But all the work done by Prana until now was valued not much at all. Anybody could tell that the work was not worth more. But this is just the thing we do not know when there is only one offer ( we have not been told of any other offers).
Getting Dr Sinclair on board can be worth of millions and this is not seen in the numbers of this deal. This is the fact IMO that makes us to think that Prana made a good deal.
Now when Dr Sinclair made this offer it could well be a possibility that a big pharma looks Prana in a new way and can offer 10 times more money ( still "small money" for a big pharma, not to Dr Sinclair). Would that be any better than the offer by Dr Sinclair with his interest in stopping aging??
But IMO this is good news and helps Prana to get forward.
