A possible misunderstanding. However, I do think we are on the same page. The reason the above prospectus wording was re-posted was to remind everybody of the very latest supplementary prospectus information provided to shareholders. Possibly Neil could now respond or request that an update to shareholders be issued on the latest status of this matter.
In particular, it was stated that shareholder approval was required on the last prospectus. As a shareholder, I have not been contacted as at 13th March 2019 about that matter in relation to any approval.
