I think you were the first person I came across that mentioned the term 'lifestyle' stock and/or companies.
This is a big call but I'm starting to think that the majority of spec stocks are 'lifestyle' companies. It seems that a lot are there to support the lifestyles of the BOD with inflated salaries, expense accounts, so called business junkets flying first class, leased European cars, five star accommodation and let's not mention the after hours leisurely activities some partake in.....all at shareholders expense. This is a general observation and is in no way directed or implied at the BOD of CGB. I am just trying to answer your question to the best of my limited knowledge.
