the article says "The Attorney General?s (AG) Office has recommended the Cabinet to take a decision on terminating the agreement made by the Immigration Department with Malaysia?s Nexbis Limited to develop the Maldives border control system. while it is not terminated yet it does not look good also the other comment
"Haveeru, however, learned from reliable sources that Nexbis?s system does not include key features including e-gate, automated facial recognition technology and passport production"

if that is true which you cant say for certain because "reliable sources" are never that. but if some of that is true and that there are key features that Nexbis does not have than that is more worrying for future contracts especially if we dont have an integrated solution.
