If you look at Perpetual, they have much greater FUM in the Trustee business. They also have more than $200m on the bal sheet. While I own both IFL and PPT, I do see some synergies in PPT picking up the IFL Trustee business. Obviously, price is always the issue, but if PPT can see synergies and IFL can make use of the cash, maybe with a bit of give and take from both, it could be beneficial to both companies.
