to be fair isf was hit badly by the gfc,especially in britain combined with exchange rate changes and libor it left isf confronted with enormous uncertainty regarding the viability of gaining more contracts for supply.
the uncertainty regarding o/s financial instos might be changing i guess the rise of european reits would give some indication of the looking forward momentum isf might enjoy.
without the gfc i am pretty sure the story would be different,probably nothing like the lack of confidence reflected in todays sp.----the alan bond story comes to mind,if he had continued to operate for 10years bondy would probably be on the rich rich list.
so dont forget it hasnt been a easy ride for isf in this period the headwinds have been enormous.--do more research,the daily share turnover suggests lots of confidence and perhaps a dose of acceptance.
i still watch but no funds to buy,tied up in other stocks
