A play shortly would make a lot of sense. Your question above is pertinent. Is it the start of a play or some jumping the gun, anticipating. OBV if heads higher will tell all. A nice close over 5.2/5.3 on VOLUME would do it also TA wise.
Per my last post, think VPE/Senex are now loaded and could shoot for ITC. If there were another party around (Zero??) it may be game on very quickly next.
Anyone guess who is behind Zero nominees with 4%?? The annual report notes VPE and these boys BOTH recently joining the register under corp activity.
