If Vic Pet were buying then they would have had to disclose by now. They have 3 days as a major shareholder.

The buying has come from online brokers mainly Etrade - not that that matters. It could well be an investor who wants a nice line or a 3rd party buying who knows they will sell to Vic Pet in the event of a formal offer coming. I am not sure on the legalities of this. If it is legal then they would be getting up there in their stake as we know for sure they have 10%. You then have Bryan who has effectively 1% as well. Probably another 1% over the past week or so so we are up to 12%. Thats only whom we know of in the Top 20.
