Just an update on the chart.

CER looks strong both long term and short term. %R is at 44.44, a good upward move is possible without it (%R) being overbought.
The price is above the linear regression value.
Although the Rate of Change indicator is currently in bearish territory (-4.23 below zero), it's indicating an oversold market condition.
MACD is in bullish territory. However, the recent downturn in the average may indicate a short term decline within the next few days perhaps?
Based on a 9 bar moving average, volatility is in an uptrend.
Looks bullish also on the Volume Oscillator..
Stochastic (fast) K line crossed above the D line.
Momentum (-0.01) is indicating an oversold condition.

Overall indicators are looking bullish after the bounce off long term support (0.30) last Monday.
Resistance currently stands at 38.5/39 cents.
