After Kaiser, there was SMM. After SMM, there was AVQ. And after AVQ, there is Bintan. So after Bintan, there will be another company after the Kolosori tenement. It's show how hard it's to mine this tenement with all the history surrounding it as outline in the Court of Appeals. This land is very complex.......that's why KHL (who supported AVQ) tried to get it changed from customary to registered land, then it got void.

From what I gathered, the Kolosori landowners and some of the Tenement D landowners are really pissed with AVQ........maybe up their ownership to 60% instead of just 20%???
