Many reasons but mainly summarised by market sentiment that says AVQ IS DESPERATE FOR GOOD NEWS TO RELEASE. 
The market (share price) says AVQ NEEDS GOOD NEWS. 
HC discussion says AVQ NEEDS GOOD NEWS   
AVQ’s fiscal situation says the AVQ NEEDS GOOD NEWS.  
The terms (what we shareholders know of them) re the pending Finance and Off-Take Agreement  tell us that AVQ NEEDS GOOD NEWS. 
Surely every shareholder and prospective investor collectively deserves to know anything and everything you or I might be told by individually phoning the office. Further what could AVQ  say to an individual that AVQ  would not desire the collective to know?  
Why do you think so many here do not trust much of what AVQ says? 
History repeats itself. 
History does not lie unless it is modified after the event.  
Guess I will keep asking here till current events speak for themselves.
