SCM211:
Im sure both parties are very happy to work together as long as they are both getting their respective outcomes from the commercial partnership.
AVQ is getting what they engage their partner to do and in turn the partner is getting paid for what is has done.
To AVQ shareholders that is the question, what is actually been done verses what we are told is done on the ground at San Jorge.
Anitua’s actual physical and working presence on the ground at San Jorge would have given AVQ the opportunity to record and provide evidence of the enormous milestones in achieving much and to then enlighten the market with such visual records. We have not seen nor heard a verifiable word of this !
So if AVQ does not have their own plant, nor need they and Anitua are not working there, how is anything being achieved on the ground as claimed!
Having Anitua sitting waiting in the wings to commence works at some point in time is fine, but like the current Finance and Off-Take Agreement neither mean too much until they become a factual reality that is bankable to AVQ.
AVQ has not mentioned Anitua for quite some time so one could ask, why is that !
