Hypothetically speaking. Say you are entitled to 10000 Shares (Based on 100000 shares owned) (Cost to participate @10c per share is $1000)
For each share purchased you receive 4 Options??? (40000 options) (20c, 30c, 40c and 50c respectively???)
So if the price hits hypothetically 40c can you exercise these 40000 at 20c? (or is it 10000 at 20, 10000 at 30 etc?) Also, do you have to exercise these options if it hits 20c?
Personally, I don't like options, so please educate if you have a varied perspective.
