The Entitlement offer, whilst the SP is .07c, would indicate that that buying at .10c would not be a sound financial decision on this perspective alone, but DYOR. We don't know each person's personal wealth and investment perspective, and I would not assume to guess.

On the basis of options for each share purchased, it may be something to consider if you were speculating that Axiom mining's current success continues and shipment and legals/litigation is sorted, however you don't hold shares and are not entitled to this offer but you are more than happy to offer an opinion.
