    They don't need to produce an EIS, PFS or JORC.....they've already been produced by AVQ who spend 10s of millions on a questionable tenement. Given KNSI are made up of the landowners who will get a bigger portion of the pie, I think it will be very successfully and didn't AVQ had to pay legal cost after the Court of Appeals???? How did that go????
