Lets look at the facts
Your Prospectus stated that had not commenced mining despite your previous ANN stating that mining had commenced
You are trying to raise $4.9 at 10c when the current sp is at 8.8c
There is no certainty of offtakes or finance ….as the DD may take you through to June 2019 and even then there is no certainty it will come off (and that is s according to the prospectus as well) not my thoughts
