Clever, OK if that is so!, then what would they if they need capital and the shares go again to 0.6 cents. How would they do a placement? Would you pay more than 0.6 cents
The clause is there to protect those investors with the convertible notes... and the company cannot promise that they never do placements below 1.3 cents, as it is something they cannot control if the need moneys.
I hope that WRR does not go back to 0.6 cents again, but it looks very unloved.....The last announcement instead of showing something positive, something with more Telstra orders for example, they remind us about the convertible notes and the future share dilution.
Moneytax is suggesting that the company would need to write a powerpoint presentation to show what the company is doing. What for?, we do not need more bullshiat...
If the powerpoint presentation shows some of the initiatives I was trying to get you guys to support on some of my earlier posts, the presentation would be good for everyone. Some time ago, I was trying to get support to have the MD salary and his options shares reduced, but nobody cared at that time... Maybe you don't know but WRR's MD is earning almost 40% of the Beam revenue... why so much if the old TEE does not exist, it is only Beam nowdays, the network section was sold, hence MD’s responsibility goes back to the Beam component ONLY". Not only the MD is taking so much money and options to deliver nothing up to know, but there are also some directors and staff from the old TEE/networks who are now working for Beam, I wonder what they are doing to justify their salaries. Are they helping Mr. cappochi processing the Beam satellite orders, one or two per year?. so much work!! How many people does he need to process that work?
I would not see share price moving upwards until the overheads are reduced in particular MD salary and his options and the deadwood in WRRR management is gone! or have them start delivering in new products..
